Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting your student’s enrolment application. By checking the consent boxes and completing registration, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Enrolment
- One-Time Fee: To maintain access to the camp platform, curriculum, and projects after the free trial concludes, parents must pay a mandatory one-time camp fee.
- Payment Processing: Payments must be made via our authorized payment link through Payoneer.
2. Asynchronous Learning and Technical Flexibility
- Flexible Framework: Global Learning Adventures operates primarily as an asynchronous online camp.
- Connectivity Issues: We understand that international participants may experience local internet disruptions. If a student loses their internet connection, they are permitted to log back into the proprietary platform once connectivity is restored. They will be granted full access to catch up on missed materials and rejoin their assigned teammates exactly where they left off without penalty.
3. Account Security and Credential Sharing
- Personal Use Only: Upon enrolment, students will receive unique login credentials to access our in-house learning platform.
- Strict No-Sharing Clause: These credentials are strictly confidential and are designated for the registered student only. Account access cannot be shared with non-enrolled individuals, including siblings, extended family members, or friends. Sharing login details will result in immediate suspension of the account without a refund.
4. Student Code of Conduct and Behaviour Policy
To ensure a welcoming, productive, and safe digital environment for global learners, all students must adhere to high standards of behaviour.
- Zero Tolerance Policy (Extreme Behaviour): Global Learning Adventures maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech, bullying, cyber-harassment, and racist comments. Any instance of extreme behaviour will result in immediate removal from the camp, permanent blocking from the platform, and forfeiture of all fees with no refund.
- Three-Strike Policy (Rude / Negative Behaviour): For general disruptive, rude, or negative behaviour that impacts the group dynamic, a progressive disciplinary approach will be taken:
- First Warning: A private warning is issued to the student, and the parent is notified.
- Second Warning: A formal notice is sent, and a mandatory resolution step is taken.
- Third Warning: A final notice is issued to the parent.
- Removal: Any subsequent behavioural infraction following the third warning will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from the camp without a refund.
5. Intellectual Property and Redistribution Restrictions
- All materials provided by Global Learning Adventures—including but not limited to worksheets, curriculum plans, educational videos, project briefs, graphics, and custom software elements—are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Learning Adventures’ parent company Genesis Communications, Karachi.
- These materials are licensed solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of the enrolled student. Parents and students are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, modifying, distributing, or republishing our proprietary camp resources outside of the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Global Learning Adventures provides its proprietary in-house platform on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we are not liable for any temporary platform outages, regional internet infrastructure failures, or consequential inconveniences resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
