FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about Connector, onboarding, access, and support.
Connector is a unified platform that supports school communication, basic academic coordination,
and structured access for leaders, teachers, students, and parents.
Connector supports multiple user roles, including school leadership/admin, teachers, students, and parents.
Access is role-based so each user only sees what is relevant to them.
Typically, a school signs up or requests onboarding. We confirm the school profile, set up roles,
and help the school begin with core communication and dashboard access. (If you want, we can add a
short onboarding checklist section.)
Some parts may be free depending on the school or program. If you have a specific pricing model,
replace this answer with your exact policy so it stays accurate.
Parents can view information made available by the school and teachers. Visibility depends on role permissions
and what the school enables in its setup.
Connector works in modern web browsers on desktop and mobile. For best results, use the latest version of Chrome,
Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
Access is role-based, and users only see what their permissions allow. If you have a formal security policy
(data retention, encryption, backups), add a link to it here.
You can contact support through the Contact page. If your platform has a support portal or email,
add it here for clarity.

For schools
If you are onboarding an entire school, request a demo to discuss roles, setup, and timeline.
